Learn balance, stops, crossovers, backwards skating & more in a safe, inclusive space for adults (18+). All genders are welcome.

New Years Day Skate
Start the year right, have a skate from Binalup to Emu Point with some cool people.
The trail is a little hilly, and is a shared pathway with dogs, bikes and scooters so we do recommend confident skating skills and some experience with outdoor skating.
The whole trail is 9km return, we have a short break at Emu Point
There is no cost to attend this skate event
WEST COAST INVITATIONAL
The West Coast Invitational is back in 2024 with two action packed days full of Roller Derby on the 21st & 22nd September.

Get ready for an exciting roller derby event taking place on May 18th at the Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre. The doors to the event will open at 6 pm sharp, and the first whistle will blow at 6:30 pm.
You can expect to find a fully licensed bar, delicious food vans, live music, thrilling live commentary and exciting raffles, all in one place.

🎉 Roller Disco Event - Albany Pride Week Celebration 🌈
Join us for an exciting Roller Disco event on March 3rd, as we roll into the festivities of Albany Pride Week! It's a day filled with music, laughter, and, of course, roller skating fun.

Please BYO helmets and protective gear, we do not loan these items. No skateboards or scooters.
Smallest skates we can hire are a size 1 (this is about a 6/7 yr old child)

Albany Pride Fair Day
Albany Pride Fair Day is the heart of the second weekend of our Pride Festival celebrations! Join us in the Albany Town Square for a family-friendly day of celebration with DJ Yanique, our hilarious Dog Show, over 25 market stalls and food vans, and other roving entertainment.
Bring your friendly dogs and/or children to enjoy Town Square being turned into a catwalk for pooches and a colourful playground for everyone. Auslan interpreters will be present to interpret our MC, music and the Dog Show!

• We are Family Story Time 1030am-11am in the Library
• Twerk Noir Twerkshop 11am-1pm upstairs at the Town Hall
• Dog Show 1pm-2pm
