Welcome to Albany Roller Derby, the Great Southern's home of roller derby. We are a community-focused sporting club based in Albany, Western Australia, welcoming skaters, officials, volunteers and supporters of all ages, backgrounds and experience levels.

Whether you're looking for a new sport, a fun way to stay active, or an inclusive community where you can challenge yourself and make lifelong friends, roller derby has a place for you.

Roller derby is a fast-paced, full-contact team sport played on roller skates. Combining athleticism, strategy, teamwork and determination, roller derby is one of the most exciting sports to watch and participate in.

At Albany Roller Derby, we offer opportunities for beginners through to competitive skaters, with pathways for juniors, adults, officials and volunteers.

No skating experience? No problem. Many of our members started with little or no skating background.
